most items are hand made. For these items (Including clothing) May vary slightly from image seen. If significant alteration to the design is needed, we will message you for a confirmation first. Sometimes we need to adjust the design due to the color option, chosen.
Refunds or exchanges must be made within the first month once shipped. If it appears the item has been used refund will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on any returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. The only exception for refunds is in the case your provider cancels their session. All sessions must be rescheduled all products can be replaced if damaged or defective.
